A Modern Approach to Clearance

Founded in 2025 right here in the heart of Cornwall, we started with a simple realization: the traditional "man with a van" model was outdated. People didn't just want their items gone; they wanted a service that was ethical, efficient, and capable of handling the "what happens next" part of moving or clearing a property.

While our roots are Cornish, our business has quickly grown, allowing us to expand our services across Devon, Dorset, and Somerset.

Our Mission: Sustainability First

We believe that "waste" is often just a resource in the wrong place. As a modern, eco-conscious business, we built our foundation on the four pillars of responsible clearance:

1. Resell: Giving items a second life.

2. Reuse: Finding new homes for everyday essentials.

3. Donate: Supporting local charities and community projects.

4. Recycle: Ensuring raw materials are processed responsibly.

By focusing on these steps, we don't just protect the environment—we pass the savings on to you. By offsetting the value of what we recover, we provide a premium service at a more competitive price point.

Why We Started

We saw how overwhelming property clearances could be—especially during difficult times like probate or the high pressure of an end-of-tenancy deadline. We wanted to create a "one-stop-shop" where a client could hand over their keys and come back to a property that wasn't just empty, but clean, maintained, and freshly painted and the gardens ckeared and trimmed.(All extra servicea which can be included)

We aren't just collectors; we are property specialists. We treat every home with the same respect we would our own, ensuring that the transition to the next chapter—whether that's a sale, a new tenant, or a fresh start—is as seamless as possible.
